Want to be lean and fit but feel embarrassed with a weak bladder or bowel ?

Hi everyone,
Incontinence and pelvic floor discomfort are taboo topics, however as a Personal Trainer for Women, it is my role to make you aware of what's going on in your body.

Do you have any of the following symptoms ?

  • Leaking with exercise or lifting, making exercise embarrassing or unpleasant
  • Toilet urgency when you get active, or constant need to go to the toilet, or leaking on the way
  • Difficulty to empty your bladder or bowel
  • Accidental loss of control of your bowel or passing of wind
  • Vaginal Prolapse, pelvic pressure, bulging or discomfort in your vagina
  • Pelvic pain
  • Painful sex

==> If you answered 'YES'  to any of these questions, it is very important to speak to your doctor or a continence professional, as many of these symptoms can be treated, and in many cases cured.

A bowel or bowel leakage issue won't go away on its own. It might get worse without expert attention.

Did you know ...

Did you know that 4.6 million people or 21 % of the population have urinary or faecal incontinence ? (In 2011, the australian population is estimated to be around 23 million)

Actually, the figures underestimate the extent of the problem, because many people secretly suffer from incontinence.

Pelvic floor dysfunctions, including incontinence, are much more common that you think.

It's not "just your lot", guys !

All women are at risk, some more than others. Unfortunately, the female anatomy is responsible.
