Core Training : Front Plank - technique

That's a great exercise to strengthen your anterior core muscles ! 

How do you know it's the good alignment ? 


In a nutshell, it has to look like a person horizontally standing ! 


In other words, you should keep the natural curves in your spine, and make sure your shoulders stay away from your ears.
